Can Non-EU Citizens buy property in Austria?
Very few properties in Austria are available for non-EU citizens, however we have a small selection available for non-EU citizens.
Some Austrian properties have a very rare “second home” status and are available for non-EU but they are only found in small villages in the Salzburg province.

Some examples of second home properties are Hunting Lodge, Chalet Sunhill, and Magnolie.
